No, you're already Premium. If [Premium] is attached to your name by default then it means you are premium which you should have access to. Maybe the commands that was listed on the thread should be a bit more helpful in terms how to use those features, but as Tricky said, that's how you use them. Anvil is currently unbuyable though.
