I started playing this server on July 1st.
It is now July 17th.

I play almost daily.

Near everytime Tobi plays Jailbreak he is haressed and bullied in chat and over mic.
Sometimes to such an extreme it makes me feel sad myself.

It is not just one person.
It is multiple people using chat and mics.
He is the servers human punching bag at this time.

He is not perfect.
But he does not deserve this.

If you pay attention to Tobi.
You would see he has no intent of ill will to anyone.

Some of you tease or troll a bit on him.
Some of you go for kill shots and brutal beat downs for little to no reason.

And you've gotten away with it...


He has taken this abuse for a long time.
Tobi was here before I even started the server on July 1st.

Which says three things:

EGN is unable or unwilling to stop this abuse.

or

The problem is so widespread with punishments so low or unenforced to be effective.

or

Both of the above.


Jailbreak is cancer overall. But this abuse is somehow worse.



So why have I posted this?

It is the right thing to do. Day after day seeing this player abused is... wrong.

I will demo you.
I have alts.
I have time.
You too will be abused.

And with that said, Id like to quote EGN $hrimp - "see you on the forums, kid."

Whoever disrespects a random on the server or even a member, you can report it on the forum and let the higher-up review it, making a judgement of banning that player. It's not the first time a random or a member in our community has been disrespected countless times but actions from admins and staff dealt with the player.

EgN are against general assholes and want the environment friendly as possible; had made rules to keep intact of the friendly enviroment.


If they keep reoccurring the same problem, the ban would extend to month or permanently like other cases (based on staff judgement.) Registered User or a random on the server thinking "Reporting on the forum won't do anything to get this player banned" will not report it however reports do count from all players based on sufficient evidence, witness, etc.

I foresee this getting locked so I’ll keep it short and sweet.

I personally do my best to handle any disrespect when I’m on the server, Tobi is usually the target of most disrespect and people like to constantly pick on him. It’s really clear people don’t like him and specifically try to get him in trouble or pick on him.

That being said, he also partially brings it upon himself by doing things to intentionally piss people off as warden (repeating trivia, simon says, frlr, and wardays over and over). He knows what he is doing and some of what he gets is his own fault.

People just need to stop being dicks

Even though I admire you backing up Tobi and defending him but this topic doesn’t stop that; if you see any player harassing members or any other player on our servers, make sure to grab a screenshot and/or a demo and Submit a Ban request the player(s) doing the harassing in Submit a Ban section!

Tobi has some things he always does as warden, 9 out of 10 times he does warday or simonsays, and people know he is gonna do them. They might get frustrated that its the same thing every time.
With that said. Tobi is as jilly said getting alot of harrasing i can confirm this. Yesterday we were 32+ or approx. and everytime tobi went warden he would almost get bullied to !uw. This is with admins online though.
But as long as Tobi dosn't write to an admin is it a problem? Im pretty sure if Tobi was such against it he would do something against it.

EgN moments:

Yes it is a problem. Joking is fun, "fuck you" or "stfu fag"....
Things like that can be funny and a joke from time to time but when it comes every round against the same person it gets to the point of harassing and hatred and should be acted upon.
The admins online at that time should have stopped it. With or without complaint from tobi

Part of it is his fault though, he made himself into a target and I witnessed it yesterday on lego jailbreak. He raged bad and everyone "even me" found it funny, we were laughing at him.

When I warden and I mess up, I laugh and have fun, raging is the worst thing you can do, it shows other players your irritated and people get off on that.

My advice to Tobi, just relax and have fun.

Yeah we're not gonna just leave a thread open for you to just talk about someone. Don't make a post like this again because you are putting a member on the spotlight. If Tobi has been having issues in the server then he needs to reach out to us and talk about it. Other than that I've caught him making his mistakes during gameplay and he needs to work on the rules. Like said before please don't make threads like this.
