It counts as one warning for each of the SEPARATE orders.
Which means they only disobeyed once for the specific order you decided to kill them on.
I understand people abuse the rule but I highly doubt In Bread is gonna be one of them.
Had any of the other admins been on at the time (Cooper, Me, and probably others) we would have considered it a freekill on your part.
Either way it was a simple mistake.
