I have been getting annoyed when people randomly putting the map music on and I can't hear the warden.
Rule: [Both t's and Ct's] Do not put on the map music for any RANDOM reasons! [Exceptions: Warden's orders and Games]

That would be really hard to enforce specifically, being an asshole is already against the rules and if a player is deliberately doing so to interfere, it’s already banned.

If a CT is doing this then it’s not considered playing their role. On the other hand for the Ts they shouldn’t be spamming it.

I really don't see any reasons to disallow T's from starting map music because of the same reasons they are allowed to start games (Deathcrate, colors, etc). It is apart of the T's role to cause mischief if they want to and wardens who have a problem with it usually say "press buttons to die" anyways.

As for CT's there already are rules preventing them from turning on map music such as "Do not act like an asshole" and "You must play your role as a guard". Usually, if they are turning on map music randomly they are breaking one of these two rules and can be punished for it.

I don't think this is a big problem on the server anyways cause it doesn't really happen or get complained about too much, there isn't really much to justify adding another rule outside of what we already have for specifically this.

Music from Disco doesn't really permeate to other areas of the map so I don't see what the problem is.

I know maps like Desert RAGE does. (Which all rage maps should be removed considering how broken they are.)

Music isn't really that big of a problem.
It sucks when u can't hear orders but u can always ask for repeats. So not really an excuse to say you can't hear orders

That's not how any of this works. It's not the player's fault that someone is doing something they shouldn't be doing.
