Guessing you meant warday not three day, during a warday you must go straight to armory without hesitation, if you hesitate they are allowed to kill you, also in most cases 1 free kill will not do anything besides get them a warning.
IF Killer had delayed to warzone to kill you for delaying then he would be at fault and would then be free killing.

Sounds to me you delayed on your part. Even then if it was one simple free kill then you should of talked to an admin about it. Really can't do much with the info you give so next time make a ban request and use the right section.
