JB_carceris is a map on the jailbreak server, this morning was confusing to me, Indi brought up that ct's can't break the vent because they don't know its there. He said that you can't break it to chase t's that went into vents but central just ignored Indi which I get because everyone was talking but I just want some clarification. |

There's many ways you can interpret this into factors, but indeed so CT's specifically shouldn't be breaking vents, nevertheless chasing a T. It's not a matter of fact where they shouldn't know where the secret is, because it's clearly visible, but CT's shouldn't be exposing secrets (breaking vents) as it is not playing their role. If you're going to chase a T down a vent, use the vent they broke, then you wouldn't be breaking this part of your CT role. |

CT's that break vents should be swapped as they're not playing their role as a CT. (See: "Rule 46: You must play your role as a guard" (CT) and also "Rule 48: Swap CTs not doing their job to the other team" (Admin Guidlines)) So in the end to reiterate what Central said, if you're chasing a T, go through the vent they broke, don't go breaking them yourself. CT's can acknowledge that secrets and vents exist, just don't use them. I've had issues with admins allowing and also doing this themselves. Breaking vents that is. Won't name names unless needed. |

(i.e. play your role) there is know rule saying ct's are supposed to pretend they dont know what a secret is either, its just a word used to describe areas new people might not know about and has nothing to do with game play. But hey im just some guy on the internet let the yellow ppl give their final say on it, people dont always go by whats written down and use their own interpretation instead so :/ |

Lol Indi. It's true, have you ever played with him? If you kill him it's either because: 1. fucking bullshit 2. you "broke a rule" How the hell is breaking a vent to cut off a T breaking role? "T broke X vent, and is going toward Y. If I go to Y I can cut him off and stop the rebeller." Wait no, because previous posts say to follow breadcrumb trails so you can be predictable and camped. |

Exactly. Indi plays with ct's and then makes up shit as a excuse to why he died. Don't listen to what he says. He only plays when carceris is on so that he can rebel 24/7. Then makes up tons of stuff if he dies. |

From speaking to two different Staff members, the armory secret is not supposed to be known to the CTs, nor should it ever be shot open. Also; nice to see you're still salty Yiggles. |

So long as you got info that a T broke the vent I think you'd be ok......Can't just break it cause theres a possibility of it being broken... |
