Is there a repository for them? So far, it seems that only bans added by Staff+ appear on the forum. I'd like an easy way to view the information of who I ban (the way it was before). Is this being worked on?

It's being worked on. Staff+ can see limited information for now, so they can help you if you need some info on your ban.
