Rebeling only occurs if not folks in orders. So if ward at is called the only order that the Ts must follow is participate in warday and even if they shoot at a CT before entering the War zone or not going to armoury the T is still not rebeling since he is participating in the warday. EVEN RUNNING TOWARDS A CT IS NOT REBELING UNLESS THE WARDEN SPECIFICALLY SAID DO NOT DELAY TO ARMOURY.
And no the don't delay to armoury isn't implied since the only thing implied is don't detour and don't delay. In this case that would fall over don't detour or delay for warday.
Basically the only way a T could be rebeling is when the order "don't delay to armoury is specifically stated. In all other scenarios Ts technically couldn't rebel
This is wrong, simply because you are operating with a misunderstaind of the word warday. A warday is a full-on war in a designated area. This means for CTs and Ts both, their orders are to get to said area, and have a warday in that one designated area. In other words, until the warday expands, the warday does not apply to non-designated areas, for which regular rules apply. Due to this, whilst outside of the specific warday area, Ts may still rebel.
