I think it wouldn't be as useful as it seems.
After all, u learn the most by so it and making mistakes from which u then learn. Should give them the option of going to CT and not restrict it since that will only sound stupid and will just keep people away from server. Even if t holds off mass freekillers it isn't worth it imo

If there is a player on CT who doesn't know the rules, then they shouldn't be on CT anyways. Every new player should read the rule carefully and thoroughly even before joining CT. Every one presses 'Accept Rules' as soon as they enter, and there they're essentially saying they've read them, or at least they know them.

While you do learn the rules from making mistakes, I think it's better to have the money playtime to get CT. When I first played I had no clue what I was doing and joined CT. Didn't make the game more fun. While I made mistakes, I didn't know how the mistake actually played into the game because I still didn't really understand how jailbreak works. If they play the game and see how CTS plays for a while they can try and emulate their behaviour. If they do something wrong they'll know what they need to do to play right and why, but if they don't know how to play the game it'll just confuse them more.

Change it to hours played then not hours on server. Doesn't ctban already do this?
