Don't do an rpg server those get bad when a new player is on and someone is already higher than them has the advantage. Then its no fun lol. But you should keep fall damage off I like to jump around a lot on surf.

-no maps

I would definitely like it to be rpg server! Respawn everytime you die etc...
Also maybe a mod that shows the speed.

A DM mod would be amazing. Surf servers that go round based get very boring.
