Delaying rebellers

Like Kharn had stated, it is a tactical advantage for terrorists to hide somewhere to kill counter-terrorists/to gain an advantage by making the CT's hunt them down. Now in a map like razor, it wouldn't be hard to find them since every secret is known by 97% of the players, which CT's can use that knowledge to seek out the terrorists.

If a CT is delaying by staying in war zone after expansion (3:30) and It's 2:45, then an admin has to step up and force the CT(s) to hunt the terrorists, then take appropriate action if they haven't complied.

i have played alot of rounds as a rebeler if not most of the rounds, and it is an advantage if u hide from ct's and let them look for u everywhere.....BUT in my opinion if u rebel as a T u do it so u dont have to follow orders and can kill CT's

if u rebel, run away and ct's dont find u, you should just go out of your spot and play the rebeling role. like, why would u even hide for 5min? u could say "its a tactical advantage to hide in a spot after i just ran away", but how is it an advantage if u sit in a spot, u got no guns or guns with low ammo?
answer:"i wait for ct's to pass by me so i can shoot them" ye but how many times have we all seen people hide and just sit there without doing anything?

most of the time i see people just sitting there and 2 things can happen: 1) no ct comes near theire spot|2) they dont shoot when they have the chanse.
in that case it isnt a tactical advantage, it is just being an asshole and holding up a roun d that could have ended 3min ago just because u want to be that guy that survived the round and was hidden all the time.

in that case, where t's hide without doing anything when they have a chanse, i think there should be a punishment on the t's for just being an asshole and sitting there.

also, in razor it is pretty easy to still stay hidden, if u move around a bit u can just stay out of side and no CT will find u unless u are ghosted out.and if u sit in the vents, sometimes people dont check them or not good enough and u still stay hidden. point is: even razor is a map where people just hide and dont progress the round as a T, in wich i think that the T should be blamed and not the CT, wich is of course looking for him.

Totally agree, though I wouldn't call it "punishment" for a T for hiding there. If it's looking like the CT won't find the Terrorist(s), then place a beacon, give them a certain amount of time, such as a minute with beacon and take appropriate action in order to progress the war day, which like Needy said, a CT should be progressing the war day themselves by hunting the terrorists, although it's really not that hard to hunt for too long in Razor.
