I try to use admin chat in game all the time to acknowledge real problems and Admins never get back to me. Not 5 minutes ago we have a guy screaming "Fucking Jews" With a veteran officer on and nothing is done about it. Admin proceeds to type in chat about a secret but will not talk to me. I'm not saying any names but cmon'.. We ban the N word, Crackers, anything racist. I enjoy this game and have a great time every time I play but racism is the one thing I do not tolerate and I felt like maybe something should have been done, maybe a warning at the very least? I feel like I always try to use admin chat for serious purposes and no one pays any attention to my concerns. I always seem to get brushed aside.. sort of annoying. I know this sounds like a rage rant but I feel like no one hears me out in game so I'll take it to the forums.

Admins do use the admin chat, try their best of ability to respond back, handle the situation, and resolve it. But sometimes, admins can't always respond to a situation and carefully handle it, so you could easily could pm on steam, explaining the admin of what had happened, and that quote that had offended you, so the admin could give him or her a warning, but if that player keep saying it after the admin gave that offical warning, then the admin have to do their duty and offically ban on that individual player.

All admins use admin chat and depending on what you typed, admins will either look into the problem without telling the person who needs the admin's help, or respond to you to get more information and let you know that they will take action into their own hands. I was the Veteran on at that time, and I told him not to use the term "jew" on the servers lmao. And did he say it since? I don't think so lmao.

We don't use open admin chat for anything unrelated, such as if we're dealing with 1 person freekilling, we PM them in game, we don't use all admin chat to discuss that, all admin chat is mainly used saying Don't spam mic/chat/guns/radio, anything of the sort, don't talk over the warden and things like that. You never know when an admin is dealing with situation until you see a person being slayed or something along the lines of that.

It was hectic at the time, and the chat was going crazy so I couldn't see most of what happened in the chat, so sorry I couldn't respond.

Also, as a member of the community, you can also say "Oh look, please don't use the N word in this server, it is not allowed." You can enforce the rules at your own level.

The server was very heavy at the time, there was a lot of incoming messages through the admin chat and I specifically asked you to repeat your question and you said scroll up, and there was a lot of people talking through chat and I wasn't going to scroll through chat if you can simply repeat your question.

And I never heard anyone scream "fucking jews" as everyone was talking over each other in which we had controlled.

I've seen quite a few slightly sarcastic replies on this post....
However, I can assure you that admin chat does get used. Whether it be all chat or between the admins, or pm's.

The whole point of admin chat is to be able to talk to specific players without cluttering up chat for everyone else. So unless absolutely necessary when dealing with a player we will try and private message them before going to all chat. Not being able to see it doesn't mean we aren't doing it. Have a little faith. :)

-Central, Thanks for saying something to him. I was a bit frustrated and I apologize. I do try and enforce the rules as much as possible but without the actual ability to mute/kick/ban, people really don't listen to you lol.
