Let's assume a situation where there are no orders for about 15-20 seconds on a map. In that time, a T has entered a secret and acquired weapons. Is it legal for a CT to follow into secret and kill this T on sight after orders are given, when he was simply free with no orders upon leaving cell?

Lets say it is "all T's freeze". And the CT kills the T because he has a weapon.

If the T ran to get the weapon, yes. He was supposed to be frozen.

If he got the weapon before the order was given, and he froze... If he wasn't aiming at the ct following, holding his knife out.. It would have been a freekill.

Listen I was just the vip in an admin meeting and was giving top security clearance. I have been cleared to use any force necessary "killing" if need be. Anyways depends on the gun you got and wether it was holstered or not. There are many variables here.
