So recently Mr. Geeza was VAC banned from CounterStrike:Source, seeing as cheating is against our rules you would think he'd be banned or even demoted to recruit for his actions.
But so far no action has been taken, and he's been given admin on an alternate account, so what gives?
We have to set an example that cheating is not ok no matter who does it, and this is sending the exact opposite message.
Could someone please shed some light on this situation? Thanks

I think he should be removed from the community and treated like any other cheater/hacker. Also not to mention his alternate accounts should be banned for ban evasion.

Tbh, he's not the first and won't be the last, when it comes to people who messed with stuff like that while in EgN. I don't really see the problem with it if all it was, was some stupid spin bot, especially if that's all it did was spin. (Though idrk why he needed an external program for that, since that shit's easy enough to do in the console anyways....) Comparing in punishment something that makes you spin really fast to, say, wallhacks and aimbots is pretty ridiculous imo.

He should be talked to, in order to ensure that he doesn't fuck with things like that again, but if that's all he did, I see no good or purpose in going straight to some sort of harsh or rash punishments. Being so vindictive isn't really going to help anyone, and especially not the community.

I mean mfks waste about a minute and people are permanently banned(now CT) for it.
Our rules specifically say no hacking, which is what he did, and what many people have been permed for.
Just because he has been in our community doesn't mean he should get a free pass.
