EgN moments:

Since we are getting close to election i thought it could be nice to say a couple of words to get the idea of what i wanna work with.

First of all
Elevated gaming is going in the right way i feel like, but slowly. I like the idea of having a plan and people get to know the plan. I believe we should relieve some of the stress staff+ might have and have a better community in general. The workhorses can in theory burn out just like the rest of us and having a guy like me who is online a lot and wanna contribute should be taken seriously. The amount of time i've put into Egn already is remarkable. I've been joining groups such as news team and events team and even had a tryout of social media team because i'm really motivated and striving to make this community better. People know me already both inside of the community and outside of it. And that makes me have a good impact and knowing what's going on and how people react to changes.

Second
Problems will always come under our belt and i feel like we already have some under our belt. The most important thing for me is to take regards to the guys who have been sticking around for us for so long. I wanna try and talk with them, individual or not and ask them how they feel that we can improve. I was actually thinking of making a meeting specifically for people outside the community, because i think it can be hard to get a word in, when there is 30+ people from Egn in a Teamspeakslot talking about something that not always have something to do with the rest of the people. And have the following on the schedule: What have changed, then what is going to change and last what do you want to change. And pass that on to the staff. The rank is after all the voice of the people. Beside that i've taken Matts word pretty seriously about more admins, and how we should encourage people to take on the "challenge" of being an admin. And also try and make admins do better and react better to situations.

Third
Also i want to try and fix the problem with our population. As of recently the population has been falling a lot. It might be because of homecoming. But i wanna sit down with the staff and the other representative and brainstorm it. To actually find a solution.
Another "problem"/thing i wanna re-discuss is our punishment and the way we ban people. I see a dying game with a low amount of people playing it getting punished to hard and give up on the game and i wanna change that.

I'm mature and i love talking to people and i always keep in mind what people are saying and think about it for a long time. Nothing makes me more happier than a family and i feel like EgN is becoming more and more apart of my life and i wanna take advantage to make a good change to the community.

If you vote for me i can guarantee a change. It's gonna happen fast (i hope) and i'm ready for this. I'm born with the natural instinct of leadership and it has already be proven in my social life. I love talking and listening and i believe people find it easy to talk to me since they already know me.
Striving, Dedication and Motivated is my motto and i live by that.
