 Almost a year ago, Xbox unveiled its new gaming console to the public and impressed a lot of the console community. It promises high frame rate gaming at 4k resolution and its components seem to be able to deliver that promise. For all of you who play on Xbox One, this will be a HUGE jump up from the current specs.

If you would like a comparison with the current gen of consoles, here is a chart that displays every console's specs in more detail. More info in the link.
For some of you who desire to play on 4k resolution, Xbox Scorpio is definitely the console that will give you that. The PS4 Pro can handle 4k gaming for some games, but the Xbox Scorpio's GPU is definitely better, which will allow it a larger game library that will handle 4k gaming.
For all of you who are excited for Destiny 2, PS4 Pro WILL be able to run the game at 4k resolution, but will remain locked at 30fps due to its 4.2-Teraflop GPU not being able to handle it. On the other hand, Xbox Scorpio's 6-Teraflop GPU is still in speculation if it will run it at a smooth 60fps or not.
The Xbox Scorpio does not, as of yet, have a price tag on it. I will post it once it is revealed to the public.

I guess I should have left, "For those of you with your luxurious 4k tv/monitor" that I had orignally wrote, but scrapped due to its OBVIOUS IMPLICATION THAT IF YOU WANT TO PLAY 4K YOU HAVE TO HAVE A 4K MONITOR. LIKE COME ON GOLDGAMES PEOPLE AREN'T THAT DUMB.

Microsoft has still not given a preview of how it will look. The only image we have of the Scorpio is its motherboard. Will keep everyone interested updated as we get closer to the expected release date. I will remind everyone that Destiny 2 will still run excellently on the PS4 Pro on normal HD graphics. It is safe to assume the Xbox One and Scorpio will also run Destiny 2 excellently on normal HD graphics.
