8 years is a pretty long time, especially to fire someone for something they did that long ago. There really is no other reason besides siding with the oversensitive snowflakes that I can see justifiable, especially if he deleted them and or apologized. This type of practice is really annoying and isn't only affecting Hollywood but other entertainment platforms such as Twitch and Youtube.
Hopefully, people eventually get fed up with this shit and force companies to realize they can't cater to these types of people anymore.
