It has come to my attention that people around the world have lost their touch with Halo 2. Why not Halo 3? Halo 3 was the best

Because the closest thing we have to Halo 3 is Halo Online, which is in a bad state as of now, but it's still pretty good. In the next two weeks there should be an update that allows people to use Equipment and Dual Wield.
