i think it isn't a bad idea to set some small goals so we can work to it and grow in a optimal way.

This is an amazing post. Seriously needs some cred here. We are definitely doing more than some of thngs that you mentioned, like expanding the clan through all kinds of platforms and what not. I don't know so much about the competitive scene but I know that some people are interested. Your forums has definitely opened EgN to new possibilities and has given us a recap on some of the things that are already in place.

Love this SpazzO, great mindset and geat ideas to expand on our community

One thing I disagree is this “Pay for Ban Removal”, though we’ve done this once or twice (maybe more) in the past, I don’t think it’s a good idea purely on the fact there’s a lot of people out there who would just donate to be unbanned and get banned straight after just to cause trouble, as well as I feel as if this comes across as us absolutely in danger need money, which we don’t, we get donations all the time, we’ve hit $600+ this month and that’s pretty good. This seems to just also put out a message saying you can be unbanned from a few dollars, and to me, when banned you’re getting it in your head you’ve done something wrong and you should carry out your punishment for however long it may be.

That pay for ban removal idea is just that, an idea. I am all for opposition to anything on this list, but I will generate as many ideas as possible.
The community may only want to use 75%, 50%, or even 25% of these ideas, and that is ok, but I want them to ALL be on the table for negotiation.
I put a lot of time and effort into these strategic ideas.
Look forward to seeing this community grow to a larger entity and participating in the implementation for some ideas.

Everyone,

First thing I would like to work on is a unified Mission and Vision statement.
Want to give something to staff+, for consideration.

So if you could review the ones currently written, possibly form some new ideas, etc.

Please take this seriously. I am attempting to enact small changes that could help unify our organizational culture for a common goal.
It all my seem weird to some of you,
"Why do we need this?"

The main answer would be that communities need an organizational framework to form their culture around. Now this isn't to say we have no culture, because we obviously do, but it is to say there needs to be an underlying plan to what is happening. This organizational framework provides stability and sustainability for recruits, members, elites, veterans, staff, and adviser+. Ultimately, this would unify our community under common goals, outlined by the Mission & Vision and provides a process to success for future endeavors/growth & scaling.
