This is probably the most logical answer. I used to have an administrated Mac, and it was super restricted. If you can’t get it on your Mac, try buying the TeamSpeak app on your iOS or Android device.

Luckily when I had a school laptop it wasn't too restrictive so I was able to get ts3, but that was because my IT at the school sucked.
But I would really like to know if this is a school laptop or not mate.

If you expect help it always helps to be detailed and thorough, which you aren't being.

Also since this is a Mac/TS3 issue take it to the TS3 forums/support, or Apple's.
