Very simple, you post the name, rate it out of 10, then give a short summary of what you thought.

I'll start.

The Secret Of My Success - 6.5/10. Michael J. Fox's performance is superb, the rest wasn't that great although it was enjoyable.

American Psycho- 6/10

The concept of the movie was good, but it was terribly executed.
It was confusing and strangely paced. In the end there is no closure what so ever. I refuse to give it lower then a 6 because of the concept and some moments that it had. Also, the sex scenes were terrible.

The Comedy (2012) 6.9/10
Definitely not a film for everyone, but still something i really enjoyed.
This new indie film was the recent work of Rick Alverson, and starring none other than the ridiculous Tim Heidecker.
Despite as the title and lead actors past work might suggest, this movie is NOT a comedy, although it is filled with black humor.
taking place in current times, Wiliamsburg Brooklyn, this movie follows the daily activities of a 35 year old hipster with no job, almost no family, and absolutely no direction in life.
Most who will watch this film will be sourly disappointed, but i loved it for what it was: a generation statement. The whole idea of our generation having "new age fun with a vintage feel" is perfectly displayed in this film. being from this area myself, its interesting to see on screen the pointlessness of these peoples lives that i see daily.
On the other hand, the movie felt a little pretentious at times and, well, pointless. But this was a hard line to walk across considering the film is in fact about a mans directionless life, and the effort to display this in an entertaining manner is more than commendable.
All in all, i enjoyed this film, and i would recommend it anyone looking for a interesting character study.

Yeah I don't watch discussions or arguments over the ratings of films. Otherwise we're going to be here all day because we're all super opinionated. Anyway, back on topic.

Stand By Me - 8/10. I thought it was superb, great acting and great writing.

True but wouldn't rate it 10/10.

Django Unchained: 9/10.

Very good movie. I'd recommend it to anyone, but it is a tiny bit gory.
Been there, done that. No regrets, never give up on what's important. Prioritize. Happiness is all that matters.
