Hey Guys, Dan here, So i wanted to make a post called 'Who is Daniel Bryan?' because I feel like a lot of people may or have wondered this. Some of you may know that last week I had to sadly announce my retirement due to injury. If you don't know me, which some of you do, and some of you maybe not, and you are wondering who I am , well I'm here to tell you a little bit about myself.
Who am I; Daniel Bryan, real name: Bryan Danielson Aka "The American Dragon" Aka "The Best Wrestler in the World" Aka "The G.O.A.T." Aka "The King of Beards" Aka "The Master of the Small Package" Aka "The Submission Specialist" Aka "The World's Toughest Vegan" Aka "The Yes!/No! Man" Born: May 22, 1981 in Aberdeen, Washington Current Age: 34 Height: 5'10" Weight: 190 lbs Spouse: Brie Bella Finishers: The LeBell/Yes! Lock, Guillotine choke, Running single leg high knee, Bridging dragon suplex, Cattle Mutilation, The Regal Plex Trained By: Shawn HBK Michaels, William Regal, Texas Wrestling Academy, Rudy Boy Gonzalez Championships: too many to list

Right out of high school in 99 I decided to pursue wrestling professionally and attempted to train at Dean Malenko's wrestling school, however it closed down so I trained under Shawn Michaels and Rudy Gonzalez at the Texas Wrestling Academy. There I gained exposure and was also trained by WWF Legend William Regal, who was a key part to the development of my career.
Sooner than later I started to become the best at what I do, touring Japan and finally making my way into Ring Of Honor (R.O.H.) in 2002.
There I fueded with the likes of Takeshi Morishima, Nigel McGuiness, KENTA (now known as Hideo Itami), Chris Hero and many many other greats.
In 2005 I became R.O.H. Champ and went on a 15 month reign before finally losing to Homicide.

I didn't just stop there, I wrestled in many promotions throughout the UK and US such as CHIKARA, Dragon Gate, and also at one of my personal favorites, P.W.G. (Pro Wrestling Guerrilla)
In August 2009 I signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (W.W.E.) and started under the faction the NEXUS and changing my in-ring-name from Bryan Danielson to Daniel Bryan. After getting released for a short period of time, I returned in 2010 to fued with my NXT "Trainer" The Miz for the United States Championship at the Night of Champions.

Daniel Bryan vs. Chris Jericho (February 23, 2010)
Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus (Extreme Rules 2012)
In 2011 I went on to win the Money in the Bank match and cash in my briefcase to win the World Heavyweight Championship, just to lose it to Sheamus (embarrassingly enough) in 18 seconds at WrestleMania VVXIII.
In 2012 I went on to fued with the likes of CM Punk and partner up with Kane to win the tag team gold on Team Hell No!
In 2013 and 2014 the Yes! movement really started to take off. Despite my physically health/injuries and Vince McMahon/The Authority putting me against all odds, I set my sights set on capturing the WWE Championship. On a Monday Night Raw before Wrestlemania, Triple H agreeded to a match against me at WM30 with the stipulation being that the winner would be placed in the main event that night with Randy Orton and Batista in a Triple Threat Match for the WWE Title. I went on to beat The Game HHH at Wrestlemania XXX and go on, with a badly injured shoulder, and beat Batista and Randy Orton in the same night, in the main event, to win the WWE Championship and make history, to what is called "YEStlemania!"

I went on to successfully defend my championship against Kane at the Extreme Rules PPV but unfortunately would have to undergo neck surgery. I successfully went through with surgery but was eventually stripped of my title, effective immediately, due to my neck injury, by Stephanie McMahon.
I returned from injury to do battle with Roman Reigns in hopes of facing the beast Brock Lesnar at WM31 but was defeated by Roman. At WrestleMania 31 I defeated 6 other competitors in a ladder match to win the Intercontinental Championship. And on February 8, 2016, I announced my retirement due to medical reasons.

#10 Me vs. Seth Rollins — WWE App Vote Match Raw, June 10, 2013
#9 Me vs. Cesaro — Raw, July 22, 2013
#8 Me vs. William Regal — WWE Superstars, November 11, 2011

Persona:
* Danielson spent the majority of his career without an overt character in favor of becoming popular with the fans through his monikers, signature mannerisms, and wrestling ability. His attire has varied, as well, with the majority of his tenure wearing a pair of short trunks, but also ventured into wearing a mask for a time in Japan as an extension of his "American Dragon" persona. * Had "The Final Countdown" by Europe as his entrance music for a while especially in R.O.H. * Had heel-like (bad guy) traits such as being very aggressive towards his fans and towards the referee at some times. * Master of the submission and ground/mat based technique. * At the beginning ROH matches the crowd often chanted, "You're gonna get your fucking head kicked in!" at Danielson's opponent. * The leader of the YES! movement made popular in late 2013 to 2014, Bryan began shouting "Yes!" repeatedly on his way to the ring and after defeating an opponent but after turning heel, he began chanting "No!" instead of "Yes!" * Danielson, who at one time was a vegan in his day-to-day life, previously incorporated his vegan lifestyle into his heel persona to elicit heat from the crowd.
Now, if you're actually wondering who the fuck I am, well I'm just some stoner that lives in Cali, Los Angeles, 818 to be exact And if you're wondering why this dude is my favorite, well, the first time I ever saw Bryan wrestle it was live at P.W.G. (Pro Wrestling Guerrilla) about 7 or 8 years ago when I was just a young boy and, well, when you're a wrestling fan you tend like the guys you like and not so much like the guys you don't like, so I guess slowly he became my favorite(and for a good reason lol) so I was always a huge ass Bryan Danielson fan before the mass majority of the world became one too lol waaay before he even join WWE in 09. When I heard he signed I couldn't wait for him to go big because I knew he was one the best I was just waiting to see how they would push him and after 4-5 years (obviously) he made it to the top. and the reason I chose to be him in jailbreak also is because when i rebel and kill the whole ct team we all go YES YES YES!!! And if this post had any intention it was to enlighten and maybe educate some of you that are not so fond or not a fan of wrestling. If you have any questions or are interested about anything wrestling related, I'm your person to ask(or the internet). I don't judge and i hope yall do the same(dont hate). Hope ya'll liked! Gimme some good comments down below! LATES!

Everyone is in a rush to get no where fast, slow down and enjoy things a little more. It pays off big in the End.. supposedly.

The only person his retirement is a good thing for is him so he won't get any more concussions but for all his fans we're really sad to see one of, if not, the best, go.
And yeah, Wwe is pretty homo. can hardly watch it nowadays.
