If someone puts a video of our server on YouTube, with everyone screaming and spamming, chances are people watching it will think "Wow, that server looks horrible."

Please remove the video clips from Youtube, we haven't given you permission to record video footage in our server.

As long as he makes his youtube video private or can only get to the video from the link. But I still don't see why he has to ask for permissions to make a video on our servers.

I don't think you need to have permission to record in the server if the server is public, kind of like when you record in a public park the government has no right to tell you to not record or photograph things with a few exceptions.

If he isn't monetizing the video then he has the right to post videos without permission, but its suggested that you make the video private/unlisted so as not to stain the reputation of the clan.
