Learn how to sautee and pan fry things. it's super easy. Start with eggs, move on to vegetables, ground meat, chopped meats, etc. Fried rice is something you'll be able to make that's easy to do , but hard to master.

yeah dog i know a few cupcake recipes by mind, sometimes i still get baking soda and baking powder confused, but i am getting better at it. also i make a really good chicken wrap

I'm better at baking than I am at cooking.
Cookies & Cakes are my best works.
However I make bomb ass spaghetti
And certain chicken dishes.
Ohhh!!! Im really good at making mexican food (specifically chimichangas)

I used to be an apprentice chef at a pub for a while but i didnt learn much outside of pub food because most of my work has been dishy work :D

Not sure if it count's as "cooking", but i LOVE grilling/barbecuing/smoking etc. I have several pits/grills, which i use around 5 nights of the week. Brisket, wings, pork, fish, veggies - even bread. I'll grill it all.

On the weekends a do the stuff that takes longer to cook; did ribs, brisket and pulled pork this weekend - the ribs went before i could get any pics!
