Find things that will keep you occupied. I would say that's one of the main things you need so you can get your mind off what's going on. Thinking constantly about whats going on will just eventually make you sick to your stomach. Also making you feel even more depressed than before.. People tend to think of the worse scenarios possible even though they don't usually happen. Keep busy but don't forget about the what's going on entirely.

At some point in time you'll need to talk to someone that you really trust and lay it out all on the table. You can't bottle up what yo uare grieving over and talking about makes you confront it.
