Look, I know that the higher ups have a hardon for Little Caesars because of their $5 Hot and Ready pizzas as they are EXTREMELY convenient and cheap, but maybe some of us want to splurge and go with Papa Johns. I mean, who are the higher ups to say what foods we can and can't eat in the community cafeteria.

We have discussed this already.
Unless Kharn or Bourne say otherwise, Papa John's unban request will be considered when he (and only he) makes a request for it. At the very least we need to make sure he fully understands why he was banned, so we can make sure similar events do not happen again.
