Everyone sees this before they enter any info for their application. If you can't do those three things and something happens to you because of such you shouldn't get some special treatment around the thing you missed. Upon joining he said he would actively check the forums, which he didn't do, and got demoted because of such (Technically he got demoted for not wearing his tags, but if he would've checked the forums he wouldn't have had a problem). Make him go through the recruit process again just like everyone else. The only exception would be if he was on LOA, which he wasn't.

Accidentally called the Global Chat "Network Chat" and now it's a thing.

I remember him telling me and other admins that he was trying to contact staff+ to get his membership back. He told us because he was wearing tags at the time despite not being a member. Keep in mind this was a few days after getting his membership removed. Idr if it was 2 days after, or 3-4 days after, but it was still within that week. While I don't see how he failed to get into contact with a staff+ within a few days after that, I certainly can see that he was interested in getting membership back within a week after being removed.

Of course, while he was interested then in getting back in, I don't imagine he is now, considering that you're the one posting this and not him. In fact, I haven't seen anything from him on the forums ever since that time.
Beep boop.

I mean if he REALLY wanted to be a member again, he would come and ask himself would he not?
Not being on forums is not an excuse, he can go to TS and talk to staff there.

Also about being inactive, well if ya don't wear your tags, all your fault. I say recruitment process again.
We need to make an example of the importance of clan tags.
We just had an incident involving admins and a clan member thinking tags were useless.
