1st question

When is the cut-off date for recruits to enter the voting? Lets say someone joins the 2nd week of the month, does his name get into the voting? What if someone joins on the first week? When do higher-ups decide when to not input their names?

2nd question

Why can't we have more people playing rotation?

I do believe that the cut off is a week to a week and a half before the meeting.

2:

Because our community is full of nothing but Jailbreak scrubs.

Because nobody wants to play it. You are always free to "try" and populate it :))))

Is the rotations server called rotations server...? Cannot find it in server list, don't know what it is and didn't know we had one, but where could I go to find the ip so I could try it out?
