I would put this in the player complaint section, but I don't think I should.
I am sure that most if not all of our active admins can remember the user Dark - Script. He is always joining our jailbreak server with his repetitive mic spam. He always ignores what we, admins have to tell him. When we tell him to stop mic spamming, he ignores our direction and continues on. He has been banned 6 times for the same reason... To add on to this, he has apparently Mass freekilled before, as shown in source-bans.

If GirlWithAGun reads this, may I ask if it was on purpose banning for 1 day and a half?
I don't know that story... but there it is in my face telling me he also mass freekilled to add on to it.

The one time that I have banned him, it was only for one minute... though I remember very distinctly typing out /ban dark 1d really?... I planned to go back and edit the reason to "Mic Spam", but when I was going to do that I saw it was 1 minute instead of 1 day as intended.. just needed to clear that up anyways..

Some things:

I've seen him recently and he's not micspammed at all.

1d only works for the CTban command

How do you have time for this when you don't have time for making your ban reports?

The reason I posted this was because I am working on them now... and I see this guy.... and I don't know what you are talking about because every time that I see him on our servers he is mic spamming.

I've been keeping my eye on him for the past few days. He's done nothing wrong. I haven't had to mute him once.

But if he is banned for something again, it should certainly be permanent.

Okay, all his bans where over a year ago.. If anyhting he needs 2weeks to a month off. not a perm. IMO

I have seen him in the server frequently, and he has done absolutely nothing wrong in that time. If he does something that deserves a ban, then he will be permanently banned. Simple as that.

He should have been permed in the first place from that MFK..
I don't understand why he wasn't permed in the first place. If I had a kick log.... a lot of times players see that when certain admins are on, and they stop doing something... I don't know if that is with you but I can vow that I have kicked him several times for the exact same thing. this time I just happened to ban him.
