I don't like how the clan is currently. I'm sure a lot of people share this feeling. Staff+ Hide a decent bit of stuff from the community, they don't like everyone knowing everything. I feel like a lot is going to happen soon and a few people might leave.
Comment your opinion on EgN, I think it's bad and not sure how i feel.

(Dyno I still love ya, just start to think more before doing, even if you hate me after this it's what ever. You usually don't talk to me or want to.)

Idk this for sure but have u ever actually tried to have an open conversation with the staff about what they delete and about what they do?
I mean u might have done it but otherwise u can't rlly just come here and complain about them without talking to them.
Seems in my experience most of staff that I seen come and go are very open to a conversation. Of course they won't talk and tell u everything but hey. Can't hurt to try.
Also counts for everybody complaining on here.

Just talk with staff first instead of complaining about things u don't know the details of.

I’ll let you guys discuss all you want, but just putting a reminder out there to keep it civil.

Btw those who are bashing on the staff in particular should remember that we are really limited to do only so much. We are here to maintain the forums and manage certain processes like recruitment/admin applications. Everyone that has went through with being staff did it to help out the community(mainly from the people that I’ve known these last couple years). Whether you think there is a bad staff or not most of us are here trying to help and relieve the pressure.

Honestly everyone is jumping too conclusions and it's kinda amusing you dont ask what I was doing
Noone actually read the original screenshot the server was getting fucked, literally crashing every 5 minutes, no population I was ensuring certain plugins weren't the cause and there was only 4 people on. I used to come on and have fun sure now however I dont. I come on test shit then play like a normal player. Seriously if this is a big witchhunt over me saying the N word it's kind of funny. There is only one part of the story that guy was being a dick when I was literally trying to sort out the server so its playable for everyone, then sure he pissed me off so I said "sure screenshot this" although it was a word in quotation marks and wasnt anything like "your a nigger" I mean come on guys. I'm not sure what everyone is up in arms about, you all call admin abuse yet the context is literally in that first post. My removing the original post? I messaged him said make his own complaint and dont piggyback but then the thread blew up. I was going to keep it too the SECTION RULES.

Now on this tell me what you guys want? Ban me for a week cool, demote me? Want me to step down? Let me kno.
I'm here to better the servers and move forward with EgN.

yo dyno no one is on a witch hunt to get you demoted or even banned. This is this neither about you going on the server to test certain aspects than it is about you saying the n word, we all know you go on the server to test a ton of plugins, so on. The whole deal with you saying the n word is basically throwing out a "hey this is okay!" Was it, or was it not wrong to say intently that, it was very obvious you did it to agitate him. But anyways, a bit besides the point. Also, the quotations really doesn't change the meaning on the comment.

I think we need an Independent Counsel to determine is Dyno and "The N Word" were colluding to to get him elected Advisor 2k18.

Anyone can tell you this, I have always been against the usage of the N word on the servers and on the forums. I don’t care if it’s not directed towards anyone, it’s a stupid to say it and anyone who thinks it’s fine is retarded. I don’t care if it’s something you can say to your “black friends” as you have quoted before because you’re country is “chill” with it. In America, it’s not. It’s a trashy word that is used to separate and hurt others. Sure, I believe in “words are words” and that “if one of them is okay, then they are all okay”. But not in a public setting where there are younger people playing on the servers. It’s disgusting how easy it was for the staff+ at the time to allow people to say the N word as long as they aren’t targeting someone.

That’s one of the reasons why I left Staff is because of the dumb shitty rules you all were making. But once I heard this rule and you, Doldol, and who ever else was there wanted it to be a thing, I was dumbfounded. Recently the lack of maturity between some staff has been super annoying. I joined the community again to come and hang out with people ive been around for a while such as Needy, Milk, Roaxes, etc. But once I got wind of how shitty and unprofessional some of these responses are on posts, it pissed me off. Sure I don’t have the perfect track record of making professional replies, but I tried my best to keep things civil when I talked to members. Not trying to make myself sound like “best staff 2k17” but just examples.

You guys are here for the community, so act like you are. If they are acting like assholes, you are the one that has to fix that. You guys serve them, they don’t serve you. They are your business. Owners of businesses cater to their customers, not the other way around. So start catering to the people that matter in the community.

But what do I know, I’m just a shitty ex-staff ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I would be okay if it was a different staff member, but this is the person who I reported, and hes threatening to ban me for lying on top of this comment. Its totally unethical. Honestly no staff member should be removing comments that specifically pertain to them in a negative light, it should be another one to do it, its just common ethics.
