You aren't putting enough confidence on the veterans who would most likely replace staff members should they step down from their position woissa :]

I put my confidence in the staff we have, and any subsequent staff that are chosen to be promoted.

I dont trust everyone of the veterans to do the same job the current staff do, and not for fault of their own, but because they havent dne it before, dont know what it entails and dont know how much time theyll have to give.

I think the current system is a good one, and dont support the proposed one.

Its not personal to anyone, it's just my view on the situation.

I'm glad to see people making suggestions like this though, and to know we all want the best for EgN, I just dont agree with this particular suggestion.
