That we are supposedly the most fragile generation yet. We are no longer punished with the same severity growing up which means we are not instilled with the same principles of discipline and respect that our parents and their parents were taught. We're growing up in a world that punishes and stigmatizes failure, which leads to youngsters taking less risks and constantly living in fear of not being good enough in any given field despite very few of us actually have "a gift". We are supposedly more lazy and lack the same work ethic that previous generations have and we are apparently more easily offended and it's no secret that though awareness of such issues is greater than ever before, mental health disorders such as anxiety have become more common.

And don't forget the influx of social media over the last decade which sky rocketed levels of materialism in teens, causing who knows how many self esteem issues
