The issue at hand is if the community votes on a server to be made the person that makes doesnt need to just be able to goto allied moddrrs and grab a flew plugins and throw theres cfgs in the cfg folder and plugins in plugin folder. they need to know how actually run and maintaine a server. Like being able to look and spend time finding issues that are making the server not as great and then find new plugins to fix the issue. OR if they could spend a little bit more time they could make there own damn plugins. cause making a damn plugin is exactly really fucking easy..... like damn people learn c++ and how to use fucking sdk and shit. Also make your own damn maps with hammer geeze...
