Early yesterday we had 2 LOA"s from Gambino and El-Xanato's that were both pretty vague and not clear, having pulled each in at separate times I knew Elxanatos was using a few peoples involvement as a reason to which I assured him that he had the power to fix this himself to which he just said "Yeah, I guess your right". Then I pulled Gambino in and he proceeded to give me the worst case of "I dunnos" I've heard to date. Eventually coming to an "I don't want to run Events Team...Everyone is AFK and no one in the team cares.." of course pointing out that he was free to find new people to help and to do what he felt he needed to do to improve it since its his show and the people were picked by him. Again he eventually settled down to "Yeah, I guess your right" and moved out, now both of them agreed to do a 24 pause so that I could see if they were being serious, of course it was only 25-30 minutes after Patrices little hissy-fit rage out that we had some old friends pop-in and give us a few links....

Now quite a few of them decided to go out and abuse the admin they had which got them banned. Most aren't banned but some just haven't even felt the need to post LOA"s over here since they don't care, I'm considering having them banned for Double-Claning since they don't even have the decency to at least tell Us they are leaving. Now the upside to this is that they joined a community that isn't looking for trouble and last night we had both the top leaders in the TS to talk this over. Now they've assured me that if any future incidents occur with any of those who left they will consider it just as bad as if they did it over there in their servers. But the same goes for any EgN over here going into the 2-3 servers that group has and trying to pick fights, just leave off and move along. It's at least nice to know that, considering what we know of some of these people, that they haven't got a chance in hell of enjoying the same things over there as they had over here. One strange thing that was reported by one of those leaders was that they were sitting over in TS with them in a channel and listening to them plot to fuck up some servers and to cause shit before they left, they were promptly told to knock that shit off and to just stop coming over into EgN shit. It was at this point both of the leaders assured me that any offense done to EgN by these people who have left will get them kicked out and banned, just as it would get from EgN.
I wish some of them the best, but quite a few were people who were given chances that others were denied, and they only proved that those chances were wasted. But part of the reason I'm posting this and give the topic a last bit of light is because a few who are here in EgN are still unsure if they caused these people to leave, short answer is:
"No, they were leaving anyways and just wanted to shit on people and give their LOA a bit of a cynical twist, so generally disregard any of the negative comments they make/say. They had their chances to improve things and to work within EgN to better it, and they clearly failed so feel no obligation to listen to the BS they try to sell about corruption or flaws or bad members. They will say and imply anything to convince others people that they made the right choice in leaving EgN, but really most of those who were of a high rank had a chance their chance and its best that they just quietly move along."
And FYI this shit happens about once a year around here, so don't think this is some unheard of event.
But on the bright side.....WE HAVE JOB OPENINGS! Events Team and more!
