Honest to God, to many of you talk about how your voting no or yes for a recruit instantly without even knowing them. It's horseshit especially because members complain all the time about "its because he is a recruit!" but never do anything to help them. You just come on the servers with your member tags and BAM you are instantly Jesus aren't you? I have no porblems with any recruits because majority of them message me everyday saying wats-up, watcha playing. You know why? Because some of us don't sit on our asses and talk about how "THESE FUCKING RECRUITS ARE STUPID!" and talk to them and help them out around the community. At the end of the day you get what you give. And some of you guys dont give a damn about if this one guy is accepted or not. You never know, maybe that person will someday have a very important role in this clan. I also dont wanna hear you guys saying "I LOVE ALL TE RECRUITS!" when you dont, it's fine not to to like EVERY recruit YOU ARE ENTITLED TO YOUR OWN OPINION! But it's the way you guys judge them, then never get to know them at-all, so the next time you make a ramble about a recruit, why dont you actually act like your better and be the better man/girl :).

Recruit is an initiation phase, it's there to see if they are fit to become a full member of the clan. There's nothing wrong with being a little hard on them at times because it's all part of testing them out and filtering the ones who can't be mature when they need to be.

I'm not entirely sure what this is about but as far as I am aware, the two complaints made about Recruits recently had significant backing and reasoning to them.

Completely true, but there's being "hard" on them, and there is deliberately being a dick because A. You're in the clan and you know everythinggggggg, B. They fucked up ONCE, or C. Because you just don't like them.

Honestly, I don't fucking care about the bad recruits, if you wanna say, "I'll vote for you" to a good recruit, good for you, but otherwise, people need to stfu and stop other people from making their own opinions.

I respect Gambino, he is a great guy tbh. He is fun to play with in game makes me laugh at times. Well, we just need to get used the way you guys run this clan and we will just a matter of time and being hard on us might improve us might not depends on the person. I did get into a few problems with Ass Licker or Awesomness11 (Now his names is Epicnesss) but we got through it we solved and now were buddies not taking the mick out of eachother. We (Recruits) need a bit of time, thats all. I keep getting people saying i'm a cunt or fag so on. Seriously i don't give a fuck your opinion of what i am and what you "think" i am. Argue all you want. I've made plenty of new friends such as Krazy-Epic Turtle, Kammi <3, BiteMe, Jimmah, DolDol etc. They don't really see a problem with me, they say i'm fine the way i am. But people are Different it's the way of life.
