Alright, so I know this is a pretty heated topic. Thus I've gone ahead and changed the rule. I have removed the "no meta-gaming" rule entirely
I was going to give an end-all clarification of what the rule means, and I already know most of you would disagree with that. Now I define rules without bias, using only the meaning of the words and the intent of the admin meeting. Thinking it through, I realize the meaning of this rule and the intent at the admin meeting were not in alignment. Thus, I've taken out the rule effective immediately. In its stead, current rules allow us to clarify it in a similiar light, that matches much more of the...intent of the rule. To enforce the rules of this nature, refer to Walter's clarification. This is how the current rules are expected to be enforced, and this post is hopefully the end of the dispute on this topic.

The other rule still states “CT’s can check secrets to find active rebelers”, so based on this, you still cannot check secrets without knowing someone is rebelling, yes or no? ... all I really care about.
So you can check any secret if you know a T somewhere is rebelling?

Contradicts
