Since we are in need of staff+ again how about we actually have an election and let the community choose for once instead of just re appointing or appointing the leaders favorite people. Maybe we could actually feel like a community.

My 2c. Being a staff+ involves a fair bit of work, that not everyone want's to do - it certainy isn't a popularity contest.

They way the clan selects staff+ isn't really something that is up for debate, so i'm locking this thread. Please feel free to discuss with any of us in TS.
