I thought I would post up how to ban those trolls that come in and a script/hack constantly changes there name to every ones on the server and if your really unlucky mic spam at the same time! So there are two different ways depending on what they do.

If they are just changing there name constantly without mic spamming you type status in console, twice. Next to players names there's a number. (For example #306) The first status is to get all the numbers, then the second time you type it in the player may have a different name, but the same # so you can compare them and ban the player. (Savage + Stu helped with this) Savage told me how to ban using the #'s and Stu told me to compare the people's numbers to find the right guy! So thanks! This way would work with both mic spamming, and not mic spamming.

Or You can use NastyStevies way. You !mute , the guy will reconnect, you have your admin menu open and kick him by His name (Which in NastyStevies case was " __ " and when he rejoined nasty banned him using the menu (Then wouldnt stop bragging about it) I just thought this could help!

Type status in console, look at their Steam ID (or compare at different times, like Wahoo said for name changers)
Save their Steam ID, format like this:
STEAM_0:x:xxxx -> #STEAM_0_x_xxxx

To ban:
!ban #STEAM_0_x_xxxx <time> <reason>

We've had a few that couldn't be banned by Steam ID, therefore, that wouldn't work.

Having actually seen this myself I can tell you that its not that simple, its not like were forgetting basic admin tech. Also Savage said he sent you a Addon that blocks name changes from occuring more than once per minute, I'd love to see that added. This glitch/script/wtfever is annoying as hell to get because even using HLSW to view this shows that even the Steam-ID and User-ID is getting flipped around.

Well, I'm kinda afraid that the plugin won't be able to ban them because of the changing Steam ID's.
