Staff is to be earned not voted upon.

The thing is, if one member is to become a staff upon vote, it would lead to a lot of wormholes to be created.

If a member is to become a staff, they could hire a staff member who have no experience, or who just abuses their power.

Staff is a rank to be decided highly on,not to be voted on from member.
