Btw he doesn't blindly follow people in charge.
When you become a higher up you view the community in a different light. It changes your perception on everything and you know what is required to be staff+, hence you can make the best decision on who should fill such an important and influential position.

Well actually if you think the president can make the best decisions in his country then i disagree, a shit comparison tho cuz he is actually (well supposed to be) one of the most educated men in the world. but im sure if you ask about the best way to stop crime in a city the people living there and tbe police chief would give a much better anwser.

I don't understand why you guys think the guy in charge gets super powers and becomes all knowing or something, he can add some stuff to the table and so can everyone else.

You make it sound as if it's bad/crazy to say one guy doesn't know whats best for everyone, thats why we hold meetings and live in a democracy is it not? Crazy ppl smh at ur craziness...

P.S. Try subbing kim jun il instead of the president and you can see how great ur analogy was.

Okay let me state it like this:
You need a new manager for a company. Would you rather let the board and current managers pick someone for the job, or the rest of the people who as never been in that position?

The board and current managers of course.
Because they know the skills required by someone to do that job as they've been in that position before and saw what it's like, so out of experience they can pick a more qualified person for the job which leads to that position being handled better, doesn't it?
