I just donated to become admin of JB EU, Doldol said he had no problem with me being Manager but I need to get shit done to do that. I need some admins to break off from Chicago JB every now and then. I find the EU server has great potential for when Chicago gets filled up.

Maybe I was not entirely clear but I am fine with admin for you but idk about manager.

Not to impede on a potential promotion, but getting the server populated is going to have be a joint collaboration

Yeah I know the title won't change anything significant, sure I might have a bit more control but as you said I need a bunch of people to come over from US JB to help populate.

We usually use the term "run" when we talk about what managers do. We generally consider managing a server what all admins do.

I'm always available for help, advertising, and helping admins. Whenever I join the EU server, there would be 5-10 players there. 2 of these 10 tend to freekill/ make up rules, and nt take note of what I suggest. This server needs an admin.. An experienced one. As I said, it would be a pleasure for me, since i'm always available when other american admins are off :)
