All admins should be able to target any non-admin member/elite/veteran for the reason of slaying or muting. They should not, however, be allowed to kick or ban anyone with the EgN| tag. If anyone in this clan is unwise enough to believe that every single person in our member-base will a) not break rules and b) punish his/herself for breaking a rule then that person needs to open their eyes. Not only would it fix that problem, it would make things quicker and easier on our admins. Anyone in our server should recieve the same punishment for rulebreaking as anyone else, regardless of their tag. It's also stupid to have to get a staff so they can mute a micspamming veteran, or slay a freekilling member.

We get admins from an application system. If our higher ups don't believe an applicant can responsibly administrate one of our own members what makes you think they can administrate an entire server? If they can't do that then you shouldn't give them admin.

I don't think you understood my post. Out of our current adminbase, no it wouldn't end well. But that just shows how shit our admins are. So you let them target members, find the bad ones, and remove their admin. This clan has way too much petty wristslapping and not enough actual punishment. Don't accept stupid people as admins and when an admin is an idiot take it from them. You want a good adminbase you get rid of the stupid ones. I get tired of seeing the same admins with complaints against them with proof that the admin fucked up but the admin still has admin.

And that's true, they need experience.
But if they fuck up and cross the line they wont be able to do it again, which is what he's saying.
Give them all a chance to DO what he outlined and from there monitor what happens.
If they do something they weren't suppose to do then BOOM they lose their right to be an admin and either go back to square one or get expelled from the community because they used up all their chances.

I understand a few fuck ups, but you are again missing my point. I didn't say remove a new admin's power from a few small screw ups. But when someone has had admin for several months but keeps fucking up constantly and having complaints against him with proof that he's fucking up he shouldn't keep his admin.

I don't think you realize how much Wartheft is actually right speaking from experience myself. Esp those days were I would no-life JB for days on end and even now coming back to JB from like a 2 month break. We coddle too much these days. For god's sake people report each other for petty bullshit unlike back in the days when you would see someone getting reported you'd know some real shit must have gone down.
