Well I'm on a lot of the time. True my channels permissions is so not a lot of you can see me, but I do a lot for this community everyday , I read everything on the forums everyday. I handle complaints and extend bans when needed. I play jb(which I didn't do for a long time).... True my timezone isn't the best but... I am on a lot and I'm really active.

So you are saying you want more staff members and extra advisor(correct spelling btw)? What will they provide extra that the current higher ups don't? There is not a lot going on right now tbh.
Just to be clear I agree some of the old higher ups were really good... but they didn't stay here through the hard times(meaning when a lot of people left etc.), me, Jimmah and Shen did.

I've literally had a game admin application open since April 24. If you guys are going to deny or accept it could you please update it.

The game admin guidelines state that applications will be under review for about 2 weeks. It's getting close to a month now.

edit: advisor is actually the new spelling of the word, but traditionally it has always been spelled adviser.

double edit: are 6 people enough to manage 145 members we supposedly have?

THIS. Let's put it this way. Is there any legitimate reason for them not to be offered their old positions. Granted ive only been around for a little over a year, ive seen Wartheft work hard for this community. but this is all pointless if they dont want it back. With more staff members, it allows for more diversity in the community and different ideas on how to enhance it. Also, HI LEX.

True but you guys were all Veterans at the time & you guys weren't aware what was going on in the higher up world. We literally had no say in anything which resulted in us leaving

True I was a Veteran. Jimmah and Shen weren't. I experienced it same as you guys, when I got promoted, all be it for a sort amount of time. What I am trying to say is, were are were we are because of that and how we handled it.

When I joined back in 2014 there was 6 higher ups and one wasn't active for like 3 months during which the community were 185 members strong.
-Kharn(leader) who I only spoke to a handful of times before I got promoted to elite.
-Doldol(Co-leader) who I never spoke to till I got elite.
-Wartheft(Advisor) spoke to him more than the others but still not a lot.
-Sloppy(Advisor) didn't speak to him till like July 2015...
-Sibblet(Staff) spoke to her the most, since she played jb more than most and was in my timezone.
-Siberiac(Staff) Didn't see or speak to Siberiac till like December 2015.

My point being the community was running great for the most part then and they were basically 5 higher ups...

Tell me why do you see the need for another staff/advisor member? What difference will they make? That's my question to you.
