Okay, so normally I work about 38 to 40 hours every week at my job. I get paid garbage for what I put up with but whatever. It's higher than minimum so I take it. Well this week I was given on 15 hours. That was nice as I haven't received really any extra time off since let's say October, but at the same time I got bills to pay and this can't happen again.
So I go to the manager that does scheduling and tell him what's up. He assures me that next week won't be the same.
Well that was Wednesday, and it's now Saturday. Cue me getting my schedule and it's the exact same. I'm pretty pissed so I asked our main manager where the Scheduler is. Turns out he's on vacation.
For a month.
And he's the only one that knows what to do so the main manager is gonna keep copy-pasta'ing the schedule till he gets back the 12th of March.
I'm gonna burn that shithole down I swear.

Use the 15 hours as sustenance while you look for a new job and plan a really busy, critical day to walk out so it bones the guys who aren't helping you.
