I supposed this should have happened some time ago, but oddly it didn't.
Been there, done that. No regrets, never give up on what's important. Prioritize. Happiness is all that matters.

as Doldol mentioned already, you should've been promoted sooner because your a nice guy, causing no trouble and are active alot of the time :D
