After reviewing a confidential complaint against Habibi in which he disrespected other members of the clan and "wished (member) would die in his sleep," this trend of behavior has not seemed to have changed from past occurrences. Therefore, we have decided to demote Habibi to the rank of Member.

Let this also be a warning to all other members to respect one another. This sort of behavior is unacceptable, especially after multiple warnings. There's a line between where something is a joke and when its not, and we shouldn't have to explain to you where that is. Those of you involved in this particular situation; let it die. You know who you are. Leave each other alone.
