Post subject:  Relapse - Def Poetry (Challenge)
As I sit and reminisce on
the hard aches of my childhood
My thoughts flowing through
my brain like a River Would.
I understood what it
meant to be Misunderstood.
and under the hood
is a soul full of good.

But something so full of
good won't go where it should.
Should I close my mind
to the world as a whole?
Would I continue to shine
In this empty black hole?

My world rips apart as
I'm caught in this fold.
Trouble and Strife life is
ever so cold.
Do I deserve Fortunes of gold?
Or will I die lonely bitter and old?

A life of a man who hates his father,
A wife of a man who treats him proper.
The pride of a man who becomes even stronger.
the strife of a man whom it no longer bothers

FOR THE FIGHT OF A MAN, SHALL KEEP HIM HONORED!
