Hellp! I don't know what to do with these items to get a good meal to come out!

1 lb bag of baby carrots!
1 head of cilantro
2 large Bell-Pepper's
And 2 binding of green Onions!

I have most of the common spices! I also have other things but these 4 items are what I want someone to use to come up with a good Recipe for me!

I will pick from the best recipes and actually use these ingredients in the picture to make it. If I like it I will buy that recipes submitter a game!

But.....If it tastes like shit and ruins my meal....I will ban that person from the community
