Post subject:  search filter for CTBan list
I was doing a ban report on Not Hacking today and wanted to put in something that shows all of his CTBans but realised there was no filter for Steamid or name etc.

i think that should be added to
CTBan List

so we can provide proof of such and such being a bad ct and never learning from their mistakes or for any possible use (and can also make it easier for people protesting their CTban for Staff+ to search for their name/steamID without searching lists for 1 person)

I'd love to implement this, but Doldol is probably the only person with the access to do it. So hopefully he sees this. I like this idea.
